PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional speaker forming two gaps with a couple of inner and outer yokes has caused an adverse effect on electronic components close to the loudspeaker because of high leakage of magnetic field toward the base end. SOLUTION: A magnetic shield member 25 is fitted to an outer yoke 23 and the magnetic shield member 25 is formed while being extended up to a position opposed to a bottom of an inner yoke 22. Furthermore, the magnetic shield member 25 is placed at a position going backward from the inner yoke 22 more than an inner circumferential face of the outre yoke 23 at the base end of the outer yoke 23 so as to form a level difference part B between the outer yoke 23 and the magnetic shield member 25. Thus, the leakage of magnetic field can properly be shut without reducing the magnetic flux density in the gap.
