PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for piling disks such that the setting space of this device becomes narrow and the disks can uniformly be annealed and a blank having remarkably reduced unevenness of flatness can be obtained. SOLUTION: Guide bars 26 are vertically elected on a base board 21 and plural piece of disk blanks 31 and spacers 32 are fitted to these guide bars. The spacer 32 is disposed between the blank 31 at the lowermost step and the base board 21 and also, interposed between the blanks so as to heldwich plural blanks 31 in between. Then, a spacer supporting member 33 is interposed between the spacer 32 at the lowermost step and the base board 21. The disk blank 31 is brought into contact with the spacer 32 on the whole surface thereof, and the spacer 32 at the lowermost step has a portion in no contact with the spacer supporting member 33. For example, in the case of using S1 for area of the blank 31, S2 for overlapped area between the spacer 32 and the spacer supporting member 33 and S3 for area of the spacer 32, S1<S2<S3 is satisfied.
