PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive coating material which has high uniformity of resistance and reduced moisture dependence and is suited in forming a coating film having good mold release characteristics, and an electrically conductive roller having a surface layer formed with the coating material. SOLUTION: This electrically conductive coating material is obtained by dissolving a silylated polymer obtained by reacting a PPG-based or PTMEG- based urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the molecular terminal or in the side chain with a nearly equimolar silane coupling agent having an amino group, a hydrolytic catalyst for the silylated polymer, a quaternary phosphonium salt and, if necessary, an organo-polysiloxane having a silyl group in an organic solvent, and the electrically conductive roller is obtained by forming a surface layer with the above coating material. |
