PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating vibration and sound is provided to increase a vibration force transferred to the outside by using a voice coil and a vibration coil. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic generation portion(54) is mounted at the lower side of a case(52) in order to generate magnetic field. A voice coil(56) is formed at a center portion of the upper side of the magnetic generation portion(54) in order to generate electric field. A vibration coil(58) has a diameter larger than a diameter of the voice coil(56). The vibration coil(58) is formed around the magnetic generation portion(54). A vibration plate(66) is located on an upper portion of the voice coil(56) and the vibration coil(58) in order to generate sound. A spring(60) is formed between the magnetic generation portion(54) and the inner side of the case(52) in order to transfer vibration of the magnetic generation portion(54). An upper cover(62) and a lower cover(64) are formed at an upper side and a lower side of the case(52).
