PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a high image quality stimulable phosphor sheet by simple process. SOLUTION: The production method of a stimulable phosphor sheet consisting of stimulable phosphor region partitioned with a partition used in the method for reproducing radiation image record is provided. The production method is constituted of a process charging partition material dispersion liquid in a multitude of grooves provided with a constant width and interval in a stimulable phosphor film, spreading dispersion liquid of partition material on the stimulable phosphor film surface, solidifying, forming a partition of one dimension and forming a plurality of stripe phosphor films B provided with an isolation layer on one side; a process for layering a plurality of stripe phosphor films B so that neighboring film stripes come in parallel, heating, pressing and forming a layer body block; a process slicing the layer body block along the layer plane showing the stripes.
