PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an art for preventing an inclination between an anchor part and a disk from fluctuating largely when fixing a waterproof sheet spread on a substrate by the anchor part reaching the substrate from the disk arranged on waterproof sheet penetrating through the waterproofing sheet. SOLUTION: This fixing structure for the waterproof sheet has a flange 27b projecting from the end of the anchor part 27 brought into contact with the disk outer face 24a so as to stably act a pressing force on the disk 24 in the substrate 20 direction. This sheet fixture is formed by attaching the disk to the anchor part with some swinging allowance.
