PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior case for oil absorbing tissue paper allowing users to readily take out the tissue paper in the form of any optionally require size therefrom whenever necessary, convenient for portability, exchangeable in the tissue paper housed therein, and having good handleability in addition to good serviceability. SOLUTION: This case is provided with a case body 2 having a tissue paper housing cylinder 5 provided with a longitudinal kerf 6 and a cap unit 3 which has a peripheral wall 4 provided with an opening 15 for taking out the tissue paper and is fitted on the outer periphery of the cylinder 5 so that the cap unit 3 may be made to turnably move within a prescribed width by engagement of the casing unit 2.
