SOLUTION: A plurality of substrates in which a hydrogen absorbing layer composed of carbon nanofiber, carbon nanotube, Fullerence or graphite nanofiber is formed are arranged and a heater is provided inside a case provided with a hydrogen introduction pipe introducing hydrogen and a hydrogen discharge pipe discharging hydrogen to increase atmospheric pressure in the case due to heating by the heater to discharge hydrogen. |
