PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate for a threshing part comprising a feed chain- side cover, a driver seat-side cover opposite to the feed chain and an auxiliary cover extending over their gap wherein, in raising the feed chain cover, the auxiliary cover can be retreated without obstructing the rising and can cover a gap between the feed chain cover and the driver seat-side cover so as not to make any space. SOLUTION: This top plate is obtained by turnably fitting an auxiliary cover 12c at a feed chain-side cover 12a and making the tip of the auxiliary cover 12c to be slidable on a driver seat-side cover 12b as the feed chain-side cover 12a rises.
