PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the state of a mobile communication terminal without directly viewing the terminal. SOLUTION: A non-contact IC tag, by which data is exchanged by non- contact with a mobile communication terminal by means of electromagnetic wave (including radio wave and light), is provided with receiving units 10 and 17 for receiving the electromagnetic wave reporting the state of the mobile communication which is transmitted from the terminal, and a reporting unit 32 for reporting the state of the terminal to a user in response to the reception of electromagnetic wave by the receiving units. |
