<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing structure capable of obtaining required seal capability at low cost, easily, and efficiently for a wire harness at a part inserted into a vehicle body panel through a grommet, particularly in the wire harness for vehicle routing. SOLUTION: When the required seal capability is ensured at a portion where the wire harness formed by binding a plurality of electric wires 11 is inserted into the grommet, the electric wires 11 are aligned and sandwiched at almost regular intervals on a bonded surface formed so as to bond two butyl-rubber seal reinforced sheets 20, 21 having water impermeability, and the two seal reinforced sheets 20, 21 are wound in a rolled form, so that the electric wires 11 are closely retained on the spiral bonded surface so that any air gap is not formed between the adjacent electric wires 11. Each of the electric wires 11 is closely retained on the bonded surface of the seal reinforced sheets 20, 21 without the generation of the air gap between the adjacent electric wires 11, thereby efficiently preventing rain water and water droplets by condensation from percolating and entering between the electric wires by a capillary phenomenon.</p> |
