PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circle a floating island around a fountain by utilizing water of fountain so as to enjoy the movement of water in a pond. SOLUTION: The floating island 6 is provided with a water flowing channel 11 which is made large and small and deep and shallow. In a process that water 10 falling from the fountain flows into the channel 11 of the floating island and returns to the water surface of the pond, the floating island begins to slowly circle in one direction. Since a person soon gets tired if the floating island only circles, a small potted plant or a small character of child's choice is placed on the floating island to give the objective circling floating island which is a floating island having a feeling of hoping to play, which does not give fatigue to a person, makes a family from a child to an adult familiar with water and is simultaneously appreciable as long as they likes.
