PURPOSE:To disperse spherical finely divided powder in a short time without causing deformation by dispersing and mixing the finely divided powder and a solvent by using a pipe having a part of an inside diameter less than 50 times the outside diameter of the finely divided powder. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of finely divided metal powder and a solvent is put into a funnel-shape dispersing device, and is extruded downward by exerting pressure from above. In this case, if the inside diameter of the cylindrical part 1 of the funnel-shape dispersing device is made 1.5-50 times, more particularly about 20 times the outside diameter of the powder, they are dispersed satisfactorily in both working rate and kneaded state. |
