PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise and suppress unnecessary power consumption to save energy by inactivating a call from a visitor at the main entrance or a resident in an apartment and an alarm of gas leakage, a fire, or the like in the complex in the case that a caretaker is out and not the management room is not attended. SOLUTION: A caretaker's room host machine 1 installed in the caretaker's room, an entrance machine 3 installed in the main entrance, and plural apartment master machines 4a, 4b, etc., installed in plural apartments respectively are connected to a controller 6; and as they communicate data to call and speak to each other by the control of the controller, the controller is provided with a switch 44 which supplies or stops power to the caretaker's room host machine, a switch control part 45 which controls turning-on/off, a memory 46 where the operation state of the caretaker's room host machine is stored, and a CPU 47 controls the switch control part by a lock/unlock signal from an electric lock 2a installed on the door of the caretaker's room.
