PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-feedback device capable of promoting generation ofαwaves of a user and keeping theαwave condition by utilizing the virtual reality created with a three dimensional display reflecting measured biometric data and the sound output of hypersonic sound (low frequency (0-20 kKHz) + high frequency (at least 20 kHz), etc. SOLUTION: The bio-feedback device comprises a biometric data measuring device 28 to measure biological characteristics of a user and a control part 10 to output the sound for promoting generation ofαwaves of the user from a speaker output part 23 based on the brain waves of the user measured by the biometric data measuring device 28 and to display a three-dimensional graphic image on a stereo 3D display 22 for promoting generation ofαwaves of the user at the same time.
