PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject mass-producible, inexpensive implement to dispose of pet excreta to with a single hand easily without putting one's hands thereon and coming near thereto, in a standing posture. SOLUTION: This implement for disposing of pet excreta has a scheme that a handle (4) and a grip (5) located on the upper end of a pipe (7) are gripped to effect opening/closing a mobile scoop (2) attached to the lower end of an arm (6) connected to both the handle (4) and grip (5) depending on the degree of contact of a guide roller (1) with the mobile scoop (2), thereby nipping excreta with the scoop (2) and moving the excreta to a bag-attached discharge port (3) followed by putting it into the bag.
