PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve an in-advance prevention against a sudden shutdown of production facility by continuously measuring the increasing resistance and estimating disorder or line disconnection. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a power supply unit(1) for converting a single-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage and supplying the voltage to each unit; a load voltage input unit(2) connected in parallel to each load and which receives voltages input from each load; a load current input unit(3) connected to each load and which receives load current, in the range of 0 to 5 amperes, input from each load; a voltage signal processing unit(4) for calculating, in RMS value, the voltage of the load which is input through the load voltage input unit, and transmitting the calculation result to a central processing unit(8); a current signal processing unit(5) for calculating, in RMS value, the current of the load which is input through the load current input unit, and transmitting the calculation result to the central processing unit; a key input unit(6) for inputting a preset voltage/current for object load for management; a key signal processing unit(7) for transmitting to the central processing unit, the key signal output from the key input unit; the central processing unit for receiving key signal, voltage/current signals and management signals input from each unit, detecting abnormality, and outputting the detection result to an abnormal signal output unit(10) and a communication signal output unit(11); and a monitor unit(9) for displaying operation state of the apparatus.
