PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a mean wireless interference amount in a concerned sector and an adverse effect on adjacent sectors as other cell interference resulting from occurrence of frequency multi-cast communication due to increase in the multi-cast communication. SOLUTION: The wireless network unit (a base station 1a and a base station controller 1b) in a CDMA wireless mobile communication system is provided with a means that detects the number of subscribers, and reduces transmission power to reduce the wireless interference amount for the multi-cast communication when the detected number of subscribers exceeds a specified value. A mobile unit 1c receiving multi-cast communication information transmits the received multi-cast communication information to adjacent mobile units 1d-1f to conductor the multi-cast communication locally successively even in the case that the multi-cast communication with a low transmission power is executed.
