PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating surface having excellent quality even under a condition that the flow of a multiple layer coating material on a slide surface easily becomes unstable. SOLUTION: In multilayer simultaneous coating using a slide hopper type coating device, the concentration of gelatin in an undermost coating liquid 14A is controlled to be >=2% lower than that in the next layer coating liquid 14B, the ratio A/B of the flow rate of the undermost coating liquid 14A to that of all coating liquid is controlled to 0.05 to 0.2 and the ratio C/D of the viscosity of the undermost coating liquid 14A to that of the next coating liquid 14B controlled to 0.2 to 0.7.
