PURPOSE: A forward sextuple-stage backward single-stage manual transmission is provided to minimize the number of unnecessarily rotating gears by coupling driving gears with an input shaft via clutch elements, thereby reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: A forward sextuple-stage backward single-stage manual transmission includes an input shaft(50) mounting a plurality of driving gears(51,53,54,56), a plurality of first clutch elements coupled with the input shaft for connecting the driving gears directly with the input shaft or separating the driving gears from the input shaft, first and second output shafts(60,70) each mounting a plurality of following gears(62,64,66), and a plurality of second and third clutch elements each coupled with the first output shaft and the second output shaft for connecting the following gears with the first output shaft and the second output shaft or separating the following gears from the first output shaft and the second output shaft.
