PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail management system that can easily generate a mailing list, consisting of a subset of group members in the group of users. SOLUTION: Data of a group member are managed, and when a mail addressed to the group from the group member is received, a mailing list system (220) generates a mailing list and transmits a mail informing generation of the mailing list and contents of the received mail to all members of the group, which enables the members of the group receiving the mail to participate in the mailing list.
