PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skid manufacturing device capable of easily moving floor plates from the upstream end to the downstream end of a skid carrying line. SOLUTION: This skid manufacturing device is provided with a first, a second and a third conveyors for carrying the floor plates in the horizontal condition and a welding device for fixing the skid to the floor plates. The first conveyor 1 for receiving the floor plates and for carrying them to the downstream side is formed freely to be elevated upward and downward, and the first conveyor 1 is provided with a conveyor main body 6 for moving the floor plates, a frame 5 for supporting the conveyor main body 6, and an elevating cylinder 7 for moving the conveyor main body 5 in the vertical direction in relation to the frame 5. Leg parts 4 of the frame 5 form a guide part for housing a part 10d to be guided, which is projected downward from the conveyor main body 6, and for guiding the vertical movement of the conveyor main body 6.
