PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof structure for an apparatus, where emission of noise to outside is suppressed to low by discouraging the noise occurring at an apparatus from transmitted to a sound-proof tank. SOLUTION: A base 9, to which a switch 1 is fitted, is provided inside a sound-proof tank 3, and a plurality of brackets 7 are fixed to the internal upper part of the sound-proof tank 3. A cylindrical anti-vibration rubber 4, where longitudinal through hole 15 is provided is fitted to the bracket 7. The upper part side of a pendant shaft 8 penetrates a through-hole 15 of the anti-vibration rubber 4, and fixed by its upper end, hanging the pendant shaft 8. The base 9 is connected to the lower end side of the pendant shaft 8, so that the switch 1 is hung in the space within the sound-proof tank 3.
