PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the coolant transport tube structure capable of detecting the damage of a heat insulating layer of a transport tube. SOLUTION: A transport tube for the coolant mainly composed of the liquid nitrogen and the liquid oxygen is provided with a nitrogen gas flow passage 20. The nitrogen gas flow passage 20 can be provided in any of outside and inside of a vacuum heat insulating layer 10 forming the coolant transport tube. When the nitrogen gas flow passage 20 is broken with a coolant flow passage 13 of the transport tube, the mixture gas of N2 and O2 intrudes inside of the nitrogen gas flow passage 20. With this intrusion, since the pressure and the gas composition inside of the nitrogen gas flow passage 20 are changed, damage of the transport tube can be detected by monitoring them with a pressure meter 41 and a gas composition analyzer.
