PURPOSE: A portable telephone holder is provided to hold the portable telephone to be convenient to use at any time by standing the portable telephone at fixed angle on for example a desk. CONSTITUTION: A frame(11) forms vertical bars(12) on both sides. On each end of the vertical bars(12), a top horizontal bar(13) and bottom horizontal bar(13) for connecting the both vertical bar(12) are provided. On back side of the bottom horizontal bar(13), a semicircular groove(18) is formed. A fixed length of projection(15) is projected inward the frame(11) and inserted into a vinyl cover(16) to fix the vinyl cover(16) to the frame(11). In central part of the vertical bar(12), a support(17) is hinge-coupled. In base(12), a front side(21) is opened, a space is formed therein to keep a memo paper. On low end of the front side(21), a groove(22) in which a pen can be putted. On a front end of a top side(27), a fixed projection(23) is formed. A circular projection is formed in the both sides of the projection(23).
