PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell energy content regulator by which the stored energy contents of respective cells of which a unit energy storage is composed can be kept at optimum target values regardless of its being in a charging state, a discharging state or a standby state. SOLUTION: A cell energy content regulator has a transformer T1 which has a plurality of coils L1-L7 consisting of 1st and 2nd coils coupled magnetically with each other and isolated electrically from each other, switching circuits SW1-SW6 which open/close the circuits of the 1st coils L1-L6 of the transformer T1 which are connected to arbitrary cells C1-C6, a circuit in which the 2nd coil L7 of the transformer T1 is connected to the input/output terminals 1 and 2 of a unit energy storage device via a rectification circuit, and a control circuit 7 which makes the switching circuits SW1-SW6 operate to adjust the respective energy contents stored in the cells C1-C6 so as so have respective specific ratios to the energy content stored in the unit energy storage device. |
