PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the nonlinearity of a control input voltage versus variable capacitance characteristics of an oscillation circuit including a variable capacitor built in an IC. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit (10) including a variable capacitor (Cv) whose capacitance characteristics with respect to an applied voltage (VCONT) is nonlinear is provided with a voltage conversion circuit (20) that converts a control input voltage (VIN) into and output voltage (VOUT). The output voltage (VOUT) is applied to the variable capacitor (Cv) as its applies voltage (VOUT). Thus, the capacitance characteristics of the variable capacitor (Cv) with respect to the control input voltage (VIN) is substantially made linear.
