PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a beam and a column in which twin columns in which wooden columns are unified so as to be able to be pinched by two square cylindrical columns are constituted and the beam can be installed as a triangular-shaped cylindrical body for completely supporting the two columns for the twin columns and which aims at the acquirement of a stout building. SOLUTION: The beam 1 constituted in such a manner that three of lip channel steel 2 and lip channel steel 3, 3a are faced on a cross-sectional triangular line and side plates 5 are mounted to the lip channel steel 2, 3 and the lip channel steel 2, 3a and a shade plate 7 to the lip channel steel 3, 3a respectively is set up and built between opposed twin columns 17 configured by vertically securing the integral twin columns 17, in which a space in which wooden columns can be pinched, is formed in the intermediate section of the two square cylindrical columns onto a mounting baseplate 14.
