PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal molding method and apparatus capable of simplifying the control of a casting condition without needing any complicated temperature control and reducing shrinkage ratio by injecting the metallic material into a metallic mold under pressurizing state, thereby suppressing the occurrence of shrinkage hole and shrinkage crack in a formed material. SOLUTION: The metallic material is supplied into a molten metal tank 2 as an ingot form, heated and molted to obtain the molten metal, and the molten metal is supplied into a pushing cylinder 6 from a discharging tube 4. The molten metal supplied into an injection cylinder 10 through the pushing cylinder 6 is injected into the metallic mold from the nozzle 11 of the injection cylinder 10. Heaters 7, 12 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the pushing cylinder 6, the injection cylinder 10 and the other portion, thereby carrying out the injection without causing solid phase in the molten metal.
