USE OF INTERSTITIAL CELLS DERIVED FROM ADIPOSE TISSUE FOR CARTILAGE CELL DIFFERENTIATION AND CARTILAGE REPAIR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a component for orientation of making interstitial cells which are derived from adipose and cultured in vitro differentiate into cells of a cartilage system. SOLUTION: Various cartilage-inducing medicines inducing cartilage formation of adipose interstitial cells in a culture monolayer or a biologically adaptable lattice or matrix of a three-dimensional structure form and capable of being used singly or in combination with any other nutrient component are provided. The use of differentiated cartilage cells for the therapy of some kinds of human pathma and nosema including cartilage repair in vivo is disclosed.
