PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillation actuator, in which the sliding part is not separated during drive, oscillation characteristics of an oscillator are not varied or deteriorated during manufacture of the sliding part, and positioning can be facilitated at fixing of the actuator. SOLUTION: In an oscillation actuator comprising an oscillator generating a radially symmetric elongation oscillation mode for elongating/contracting in the radial direction simultaneously with an axially asymmetric in-plane oscillation mode for bending axially asymmetrically in the same plane, an oscillator 40A has a laminate structure of annular thin plate electromechanical conversion elements 41a, 41b and a resilient body 41c. A part for taking out a drive force is provided at a part on the outer circumference and a sliding member 61 is fixed using a protrusion 41c-1 provided, by machining a part of the resilient body 41c, on the side of a drive force take-out part and/or the side of the sliding member 61 being fixed thereto. |
