PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sight at an intersection. SOLUTION: An external wall of a building 11 for a corner area provided facing at least one road adjacent to a corner area 5 is provided so that a position of an end edge 12A on the side of a road intersection 2 comes to be same as a position of a stop-line 4 of a road 1 or a position apart from the intersection 2 farther than the stop-line 4. As the end edge 12A on the side of the intersection 2 on the external wall 12 of the building for the square area is not positioned more to the side of the intersection 2 than, the stop-line 4 of the road 1 which the external wall 12 faces, an angle of visibilityθ1 from an automobile 7 stopping at the stop-line 4 becomes wide, sight of the orthogonal road 1 is improved, and it becomes easy to grasp its status.
