摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the high image resolution while utilizing the character natural to CCD such as high imaging speed and low noise and while forming the depth of a device thin. SOLUTION: A fluorescent plate 1 for converting the X-ray to the visible light and a CCD array plate 4 formed by arranging plural CCD 2a1-2c3 in matrix on the same flat surface are arranged opposite to each other, and fluorescent images a1-c3 displayed on the fluorescent screen of the fluorescent plate 1 are shared among the plural CCD 2a1-2c3 for imaging, and the image shared among CCD's 2a1-2c3 is converted to the image signal, and taken out so as to synthesize the image of the image signal. Comparing with the conventional way for picking up the whole imaging region with one CCD, image sharing region of one CCD is reduced, and a space between the fluorescent plate a and the array plate 4 is remarkably reduced. The imaging in a wide imaging region is thereby enabled with the relatively thin depth structure, and image resolution is improved.
