DEVICE FOR FLUIDIZING-EQUALIZING EXHAUST GAS FLOW USING VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL POROUS PLATE

PURPOSE: A fluidizing- equalizing device for exhaust gas flow is provided to enhance denitrification and a catalytic bed and to broaden the life time of the catalytic bed by fluidizing-equalizing exhaust gas flow using a vertical and a horizontal porous plate. CONSTITUTION: A fluidizing- equalizing device for exhaust gas flow comprises an outlet port(28) in the lower portion of a vertical cylinder pipe(12); a horizontal pipe(10) in the upper end of the vertical cylinder plate with an inlet port(26); a horizontal porous plate(14) in the center of the vertical cylinder pipe; a vertical porous plate(16) vertically installed in the upper portion of the horizontal porous plate; and an SCR(selective catalytic reduction) catalytic bed(18) in the lower portion of the horizontal porous plate. Exhaust gas from the horizontal pipe is discharged to the output port through the vertical cylinder pipe and the vertical porous plate for the dispersion degree and the homogeneity of the gas flow. After hitting on the vertical porous plate, the gas passes through the horizontal porous plate divided into three with different opening ratios. Then, the gas is passed through the SCR catalytic bed and discharged to the output port. The better the homogeneity of the gas flow is, the longer the life time of the SCR catalytic bed is.
