<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to carry out electric detecting work safely even for a UHV transmission line or a compact transmission line. SOLUTION: An electric detector for an aerial transmission line includes a self-running mechanism 4 on a rail mounted on an arm of a steel tower, an electric field sensor 6 mounted on the running mechanism 4, and a remote control unit 7 provided on the steel-tower side. The electric field sensor 6 detects the electric field. The remote control unit 7 controls the running mechanism 4 in wireless operation and receives a signal detected by the electric field sensor 6. In this case, the electric field sensor 6 can be put sufficiently close to the charging unit, so the judgment of whether there is a charged state or not is carried out surely. With non-contact wireless detecting work, the safety is ensured, and the body of detector is made small-sized and light-weight.</p> |
