<p>An Internet service provider enables first and second parties to purchase or lease a specific speech input to a speech-enabled browser for user access of a first Web site having a first Web address and a second Web site having a second Web address, respectively, through control of a speech-enabled hyperlink on a portal. User access is provided to the first Web site or to the second Web site dependent on a geographic location of the user's client upon the user activating the hyperlink through speech input.</p> |
