SOLUTION: A cantilever balcony unit 51 projected from the outer wall surface of an upper story building unit 20 is provided on the upper story building unit 20 arranged on an upper story, and a building unit 10C for extension is provided on the underside of the cantilever balcony unit 51. Because the building unit 10C for extension has an outer wall surface connected continuously with the outer wall surface of the cantilever balcony unit 51, a projected part 11 extending from a first story to a second story of a unit building 1 is formed, the projected part 11 is formed on the outer wall surface of the unit building 1, and the variations of appearance of the unit building 1 can be increased easily.
