PURPOSE: A wheelchair is provided, which is driven by electric powder and can go up and down stairs without others' help. CONSTITUTION: The wheelchair is provided with a control chamber(206) and a handle(205) which are operate a wheelchair; a brake lever which is placed inside of a battery box below of a seat; a balance pin which connects a seat with the brake lever; a balance gear(203) which controls the balance; a balance sensor which controls the balance gear(203); a balance motor which operates the balance gear(203) and the balance sensor; a foot board(210) which is separated from the seat and connected with it by a balance pin; the steering system consisting of a steering gear, a knuckle arm(213), a tie rod(212), which is placed between flanges of front wheels; a steering motor which operates the steering system; and talon assemblies(400) which are placed in front and rear wheels and are assembled by a wheel matching(416).
