The master cylinder for a motor vehicle brake has a main piston (12) and a pusher piston (13) in a seating to define a booster chamber (23). The fluid discharge passage (28) has an opening towards the booster chamber which is situated in the pusher piston. The opening and one end of the input shaft (14) form the regulation valve (26).
