PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system for providing information concerned in the progress of lot production and providing information to be a reference for judging whether another intermediate product can be substituted or not. SOLUTION: A registration means 2 registers the start/completion result of work obtained from each production process 1 in each lot. A totalization means 4 totalizes lot progress states on the basis of the start/completion result. A display means 5 displays which production process has been completed or is in working on the basis of the totalization data totalized by the means 4 and displays also order information such as the date of delivery and priority. When a change in specifications is generated, a production management section 30 retrieves a lot in working by another order of low priority from the displayed contents of the means 5 and selects a substitutive lot candidate. A specification change availability checking means 7 checks whether the selected substitutive lot can be substituted or not. Consequently the section 30 can easily know which low can be substituted. |
