PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to manually manage a document, and to allow a user to accurately and exactly obtain the document. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a storage device 101a which stores a document database constituted of plural documents in a hierarchical structure, and a management information database constituted of plural management information including information indicating a relation between documents in an upper hierarchy and documents in a lower hierarchy and the number of edition information of the documents, a server terminal 100a connected with the storage device 101a and set at the manager side of the document, and a client terminal 300a which withdraws the plural documents in the upper hierarchy and the lower hierarchy in the prescribed number of edition from the document database based on the management information by performing an access through a network 200 to the server terminal 100a.
