PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse bag compressing-sealing-stopper which makes a refuse bag smaller, hygienically administrates the refuse bag, and contributes to the reduction of a transport cost required for a refuse disposal cost. SOLUTION: A cardboard or the like is made a raw material, and at the central section, a hole 1 in which the tip end of a refuse bag is inserted is provided. On the outside of this stopper, a plurality of cut lines 2 are placed from a location wherein the refuse bag can be squeezed downward while compressing refuse, and thus, a valve 3 for the stopper is formed. On the external surface of the valve, a compression recovering force reinforcing section 4 is formed by a die or the like. When the tip end of a refuse bag is inserted in the hole 1, and the refuse bag is squeezed downward while compressing refuse, by a recovering force of the refuse and the recovering force reinforcing section, the valve 3 repels downward, and the refuse bag is sealed under a state wherein the refuse in the refuse bag is compressed.
