摘要 The present invention pertains to the thermal production of electricity and may be used in the design and the production of devices for heating a heat carrier, such as boilers of various types (water, steam boilers, etc.) and for various purposes (industrial, domestic, etc.) as well as water and steam heaters, etc. The device for heating a heat carrier, e.g. a boiler, includes a body that comprises a surface for heating a heat carrier volume as well as a fire chamber which are separated from each other, and also includes at least one heat-conduction trap connected to the heating surface. The heat-conduction traps are made of one piece and/or are composite and include a plurality of parts connected together by welding. The heat-conduction traps are made of a metal having a heat conduction coefficient which is higher than that of the material used for the heating surface, wherein said metal essentially consists of copper or alloys thereof. The heat-conduction traps are essentially arranged in the high-temperate area of the fire chamber and are connected by various types of connections or are combined with the heating surface by welding. It is thus possible to increase the heat-exchange intensity from the combustion products to the heat carrier during the extended action of the high temperatures, and to increase the performance index and maintain it constant during the entire operation of the device. It is also possible to increase the reliability and operation life of the device, to reduce the amount of metal used in its structure while preserving all main characteristics, to reduce the scale-formation and scorification processes, and to determine the thermal-flow output indices while simplifying the mounting and assembly processes.
