PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a necktie clip whose nipping part angle can be changed to a position corresponding to a wearing condition from its unvaried state by providing a structure to enable the nipping part angle to be changed, the part adapted to nip and fix an upper front part of a white shirt and a necktie, and enabling the nipping of surface of the necktie and nipping of rear surface loop. SOLUTION: A base 1 is a part of inverted U shape or the like, and an end of nipping base 2 is connected to one end of the base 1 by a pin 6 with a proper variable soft fitting-in force. To a nipping piece 3, a rubber plate-lile or alligator tooth-shape antiskid member 4 is fixed by an adhesive. Otherwise the member 4 is provided integrally with the piece 3. An end of a movable arm 5 and an end of the holding piece 3 are connected by a pin 7 in a variable manner with a proper soft fitting-in force. Under such a condition that a spring 9 is repellingly accomodated in a U shaped groove formed at one end of the base 1 and an inverted U shaped groove formed in the arm 5, the fixation is made by a pin 8 in a variable manner and without generation of easy slipping-off. A decoration plate 10 is fixed to the base 2 so as not to contact with the base 1 in order to cover a variable structure part.
