PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile wall panel unit free from any projection of a sealant filled in joint, and free from any separation of a tile or generation of cracks in the sealant during the transport. SOLUTION: A tile wall panel unit comprises a protective cover 13a in which a plurality of recessed or projecting portion to which a part of a face side of a tile can be fitted are formed with the intervals of the joint width, a plurality of tiles fitted from a face side to each recessed or projecting part of the protective cover 13a, and a sealant filled in joint portions of a plurality of tiles. For example, the protective cover 13a fittable with a part of the face side of the tiles 15 is formed by bringing a heated and softened thermoplastic resin sheet close to a plurality of forms in which recessed or projecting portions fittable with a part of the face side of the tiles 15 are formed with the intervals of the joint width, the tiles 15 are fitted to the recessed or projecting portions of the protective cover 13a, a curable sealant is filled in the joint portions of the tiles 15, and cured, and the forms are removed at an arbitrary time before the execution after the protective cover 13a is formed.
