PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forms corresponding to various formats by embedding information regarding the user in document example data so as to be adaptable to events requiring specific application form. SOLUTION: In a category as format of an application document classified by laws, etc., in a hypertext, a title 21a as the identifier of a form is linked to a document example list page 22 by hyperlink specification. The user selects an arbitrary title 21a in an index page 21 to display the target document example list page 22 on a display, adds a simple explanation to the title 22a, and links it to document example data 23 of an application form as a fixed-form. The user selects the title 22a and downloads the target document example data 23. Respective pieces of document example data 23 are stored in a database 24 and an arbitrary title 22a is selected; and then the object document example data file 23 is extracted and sent to the computer terminal of the user. |
