POWER SUPPLY STABILIZING CIRCUIT OF A SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A power supply stabilizing circuit of a system is provided to prevent a system board from a damage due to an overcurrent by providing a circuit breaker of controlling the switching of a MOS transistor. CONSTITUTION: A MOS transistor(FET) cuts off an overcurrent. A circuit breaker(200) detects an overcurrent state and controls the switching of the MOS transistor(FET). The circuit breaker(200) is reset till the detected overcurrent state is removed and controls the MOS transistor(FET). A resistor(R5) is inserted between a DS terminal of the circuit breaker(200) and the drain terminal of the MOS transistor(FET). The gate terminal of the circuit breaker(200) is connected to the gate terminal of the MOS transistor(FET).
