发明名称 METHOD OF HOT ROLL BONDING OF STAINLESS CLAD STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE: A hot rolled bonding method is provided to bond a soft steel or a steel of high tension and low alloy with a stainless steel in optimum bonding strength. CONSTITUTION: Bonded faces of a stainless steel(1) and a steel of high tension and low alloy(2) are polished and washed. Surroundings of a bonded interface is arc-welded not to expose the bonded faces of the stainless steel(1) and the steel of high tension and low alloy(2). The stainless steel(1) and the steel of high tension and low alloy(2) are bonded by rolling. In a critical transformation to bond the stainless steel(1) and the steel of high tension and low alloy(2), a rolling ration is 20% when a socking temperature and a socking time are over 900deg.C and 15minutes. The rolling ratio is 10% when the socking temperature and the socking time are over 1000deg.C and 30minutes. A surface roughness of the stainless steel(1) is within 10-20micrometers. A surface roughness of the steel of high tension and low alloy(2) is within 20-50micrometers.
