METHOD FOR FORMING ELECTRODE OF PDP

PURPOSE: A method for forming an electrode of a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to reduce processing time and easily to form a pattern when forming an electrode of a PDP. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming an electrode of a PDP comprises the following steps. A seed layer for an address electrode on a glass substrate(10) by using a sputtering method. At this time, a chrome layer(11) is deposited thereon and a copper layer(12) is deposited on the chromes layer. A DFR(Dry Film Resist)(13) is applied on the copper layer. A pattern exposing the copper layer is formed by performing an exposure process and a developing process. The copper layer is buried by using an electric plating method and the DFR is removed. A final electrode is formed by removing selectively the exposed chrome and copper layers.
