PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet showing no swelling when it is adhered to concrete or mortar adherend. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet 1 comprises a base material 4 and an adhesive layer 2 which has concave parts on its adhesive surface and located on one main surface of the base material, and when it is adhered to an adherend, passages connected to exterior is formed surrounded by the concave parts and the adherend. The adhesive layer contains a rubber adhesive polymer and is fixed on one main surface of the base material via a primer layer 3.
